Met with Stephen, we found him knowledgeable and helpful in his explanation of our water issues. Figured out a plan that seemed to personalize our issues with an affordable plan. Crew was on time and ready to work. Crew leader Lorenzo had his guys on schedule and job completed and finished, swept clean in a really astounding one day. Really impressed with Lorenzo and his crew, thanks guys.

Horrible experience!! Very unprofessional and disrespectful!!! Do not use this company. I scheduled a consultation appointment with Steven this morning at 10am for a leak in my basement. I had to run to Home Depot this morning because my space heater broke. I texted him informing him that I should be home by 10 and I literally got home at 10:05 am. When my husband went to greet Steven, he dismissed him saying "our appointment was at 10am. Good luck with your basement." This is how this company treats families who are having crazy mornings and are running 5 min late. It was very disrespectful and I would not recommend them to anyone!
