They walked in my house and within 30 seconds without even looking at my property to determine where the leak in my basement was told me I needed to install a commercial French drain pipe in my home. I worked with another company to determine the water is coming from a window that has been covered up by dry wall and we are laying new brick on the exterior of the house to prevent any further leaking. They failed to realize I have a sump pump installed. Had they investigated the issue they would have seen that.
