What a pleasure it was to work with true professionals. They made it very easy to get my broken Washing Machine lid fixed. I live in a Philadelphia Condo building that requires a Certificate of Insurance before entering our building. This company quickly complied and sent all the information to our management company for entrance. It’s not easy for small businesses! I would recommend them all day every day. We were very pleased with Freezing Cold ApplianceRepair. They were very responsive and knowledgeable., and also friendly. They diagnosed the issue quickly with our Bosch washer, and returned in a couple days to finalize the repair once the parts were received. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our diagnostic service fee is $80 for all appliances (but it is $120 for stackable washer/dryer units and double ovens).
It is $120 for commercial units.
After we check the unit we will give you estimate with price for the labour and parts, if any are required to be replaced.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As soon as we get in touch with you and you decide to go on with us we just need your details, brief description of the problem. Then we will agree on the best time for our visit. Also we will notify you when a technician is on his way about 30 minutes before arrival, to be sure that you are available.
Then after diagnostic the technician will provide you with the quote. If you approve it and decide to proceed with the repair then the technician will either repair the unit just on the spot or if the parts required are not available you need to pay a deposit for the parts and then the technician will come again to complete the repair.
If you decide not to repair the unit you need to pay the applicable service call fee.
