- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our diagnostic service fee is $67 ($100 for stackable washer/dryer units and double ovens). It is $100-120 for commercial units. After we check the unit we will give you estimate with price for the labour and parts, if any are required to be replaced. The diagnostic service fee will be waived if you hire us to repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As soon as we get in touch with you and you decide to go on with us we just need your details suach as full address and phone number, brief description of the problem. Then we will agree on the best time for our visit. Also we will notify you when a technician is on his way. Then after diagnostic the technician will provide you all further details.

Technical educational background, relevant certificates.
