- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our diagnostic service fee is $67 ($100 for stackable washer/dryer units and double ovens). It is $100-120 for commercial units. After we check the unit we will give you estimate with price for the labour and parts, if any are required to be replaced. The diagnostic service fee will be waived if you hire us to repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As soon as we get in touch with you and you decide to go on with us we just need your details such as full address and phone number, brief description of the problem. Then we will agree on the best time for our visit. Also we will notify you when a technician is on his way. Then after diagnostic the technician will provide you with the quote. If you approve it and decide to proceed with the repair then the technician will either repair the unit just on the spot or if the parts required are not available you need to pay a deposit for the parts and then the technician will come again to complete the repair. If you decide not to repair the unit you need to pay the applicable service call fee.
