The technician arrived on time and quickly identified the problem with my old dryer - the belt needed to be replaced. He accomplished this quickly while explaining the problem to me; also saved me a lot of money with a repair rather than buying a new dryer. I will certainly contact Freezing Cold Appliance Repairs if/when needed. Thank you

We were very pleased with Freezing Cold Appliance Repair. They were very responsive and knowledgeable., and also friendly. They diagnosed the issue quickly with our Bosch washer, and returned in a couple days to finalize the repair once the parts were received. We will definitely be using them again for future appliance issues.

We were skeptical at first - they needed to reschedule a couple times, but they were always responsive. A+ service from there. The repair person (Dymtro) came earlier than planned on a Friday, but we got a call asking if this was ok - this rarely happens! Dymtro was very professional and to the point. He earned our trust quickly. He quickly confirmed the diagnosis, communicated clearly, ordered a part and took a downpmt. He came back the following Monday and installed the part and re-leveled and tested the washer. All in, he was here no more than 30 mins each time. And he was never more than a couple feet from the washer the entire time. We will definitely go back to them if/when we ever need service on any appliance. So about our dryer . . . LOL. Great job!

After I accidentally left the door of my 19 year old refrigerator open for about an hour, it did not recover although the freezer was fine. It was diagnosed fairly quickly, a part was ordered and the repair made 2 days later. It's working like new. I was impressed with the work.

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our diagnostic service fee is $67 for all appliances (but it is $120 for stackable washer/dryer units and double ovens). It is $100-120 for commercial units. After we check the unit we will give you estimate with price for the labour and parts, if any are required to be replaced. The diagnostic service fee will be waived if you hire us to repair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As soon as we get in touch with you and you decide to go on with us we just need your details, brief description of the problem. Then we will agree on the best time for our visit. Also we will notify you when a technician is on his way about 30 minutes before arrival, to be sure that you are available. Then after diagnostic the technician will provide you with the quote. If you approve it and decide to proceed with the repair then the technician will either repair the unit just on the spot or if the parts required are not available you need to pay a deposit for the parts and then the technician will come again to complete the repair. If you decide not to repair the unit you need to pay the applicable service call fee.
