What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing on a roof restoration varies a bit. A 10 year coating system usually is around $3-4 a sq ft depending on size. My 18 year coating system varies from $4-6.50 depending on size and details. My 20 year 60 Mil PVC membrane usually is around $4.50-7 depending on size and details. Tear-offs usually have a much higher rate of cost.
