Some common services include: • Basic home repairs:  a variety of problems around the home, such as repairing leaky faucets, fixing broken windows, and replacing light fixtures. • Plumbing and electrical work: basic plumbing tasks such as unclogging drains, replacing leaking pipes, fixing faulty water heaters and replacing water heaters. Also basic electrical work, such as installing new outlets and light switches, and replacing faulty wiring. • Painting:  paint the interior or exterior of a home, as well as touch up or repair existing paint jobs. • Installation services:  install appliances, such as washers and dryers, and other fixtures, such as shelving and cabinets and other electronic equipment. • General maintenance:  regular maintenance tasks around the home, such as cleaning gutters, changing furnace filters, and checking smoke detectors. • Hvac Services: Basic checking of the Air handler, outdoor unit and thermostat. Also can replace capacitor, transformer etc.
