Repeat customers will always get a discount! I cannot promise I will be the cheapest but I will do the best for you and your property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Great them, thank them for reaching out. Ask for an address, send them a quote right away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No true “educational documents” ... just a lot of personal research in the business
