- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you engage our services we will have one of our Certified Appraisers contact you to schedule an appointment to visit your property. When the appraiser arrives they will photo and measure the exterior of the house. Then they will conduct a visual inspection of the interior of your home, taking notes and interior photos of the rooms, special features and damage (if any). After that they will return to their office to select comparables and prepare the appraisal report. When completed the report will be delivered to you via email as a PDF File.

All of our appraisers are State Certified or Licensed.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Over the years the appraisers at The Coyle Group have worked with private homeowners, attorneys, lenders, banks, municipalities and investors.
