Chef David created a meal for our small family wedding that honored our vision - a slow moving multi-course rome inspired meal- and family traditions. He helped us figure out so many logistics, including moving the wedding inside when it rained. The antipasti spread he created was breathtaking and delicious and the service his team provided made us feel like we were in a four-star restaurant- not our sister's living room. As an educator, the best part of working with David was knowing that his team included his former culinary students. The meal was fabulous, the team was so talented, the house was left spotless, and I made a new friend. Call him!

Details: Dinner party • Dinner • Italian • American - formal • American - casual • Indian • Buffet • Yes, full service • Home • Yes, full kitchen • 30 - 39 guests • Serving and warming equipment • Standard (basic ingredients)

Chef David and Brooke were fantastic. Friendly and professional. Food was great and it overall was an awesome experience to have a 5 star dinner right in our home. Before leaving, they even did a sensational cleaning job and left the kitchen cleaner than I’ve ever seen it. Would highly recommend.

Details: Special occasion (birthday, anniversary, etc.) • 6 - 10 guests • Dinner • I'm flexible • Italian • Mediterranean / Middle Eastern • I'm flexible • Only once • My home, venue, etc.

This was the most incredible experience and dinner we have ever had. David was so nice and knowledgeable and taught us tips on cooking and prepared one of the best dinners I have EVER had. Don't go to a fancy restaurant when you can have this in your home!! The dinners was as if I was in an expensive NY restaurant with the top cooks and incredible meals. I cannot recommend him enough. He brought everything and cleaned up my kitchen and stove prior to leaving and swept the floor!!!

Details: Special occasion (birthday, anniversary, etc.) • 2 guests • Dinner • I'm flexible • Italian • Meal prepared onsite • Only once • My home, venue, etc.

Hosted a sweet 16 Dinner by Chef David and Esther. Both were prompt, professional, engaging and thoughtful about our event. The menu prep was a ton of fun and Chef David offered meaningful suggestions to help plus up the meal event. What a great experience, great food and even better, a clean kitchen in the end! Thanks again Chef David for making our sweet 16’s day even sweeter!
