Phillip and Katia are great! They take the time to explain the ins and the outs of management. They helped me with data and projected revenues for my properties. Will hire them asap when my wife wants out, haha. I would totally recommend them to any homeowner that wants the passive revenue but not the headaches. They are transparent and do heaps more than most I have found! They rock!
