- What types of customers have you worked with?
We perform a lot of computer repairs (malware/ virus removal, operating system upgrades, hard drive replacements, data recovery, and general troubleshooting).
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for a company with either free or very low cost diagnostics (ours are free!). You also want to ask about turnaround. Make sure a firm price is given up front (and that they stick to it). Most experienced technicians will know how long a repair will take and can accurately quote you a price. Also, make sure the company has been around for awhile and has the appropriate insurances and work environment for providing the appropriate services.
