I am so excited and cannot wait to meet you in person. Love, Debbie Wedding Contract information below: To hold your appointments, we have enclosed a contractual agreement. Our payment policy requires a 20% deposit of total services to hold the appointments for your wedding date. If these services are canceled 30 days before your wedding date then you will receive a full refund. NO REFUND will be given if services are canceled less than 30 days before your wedding date. To help keep the day as carefree as possible and to be mindful of a busy wedding day schedule the remaining balance will be due 14 days before the day of receiving services and all changes must be made at this time. Please note that gratuities are not included in this balance and cash gratuities are much appreciated. Wedding day/onsite services are offered by Aelashes Beauty LLC based on stylist availability. There will be an additional fee of $50.00/hour per stylist for this service. Travel time to and from the salon and venue is figured into this cost. We recommend that this is requested early to ensure stylists are available. Half of this fee will also be due when appointments are made. Service Pricing Bridal Design Hair and Makeup (trial run) $100 Bridal Design (day of) $90 Bridal Makeup $85 Bridesmaid Design $75 Bridesmaid Makeup $80 Flower Girl Design $40 Bridal Party Discount Hair and Makeup $160 We recognize that this is a cherished day to be spent with those you love amongst family and friends. We thank you for choosing our talented stylists and makeup artists to also be a part of this day. Please read the following “Dos and Don’ts” to ensure that your special day runs smoothly and stress-free: Do ~ Have DRY hair–please note that styles hold better when hair is a day not washed. ~ Wear a button-down shirt, dress or zip-up to avoid pulling clothing over your head. ~ Arrive with a bare face–if you are receiving makeup services. ~ Bring a favorite lipstick you’d like to use for touch-ups later. We also have many beautiful shades available to purchase. ~ Bring pictures or have a Pinterest board ready. ~ If you are doing a trial (recommended) schedule this for the same day of your final dress fitting to get a vision of your total look. ~ Arrive 15 minutes before appointments and as a group–to ensure that we can complete appointments on time. ~ Make sure to eat! Please feel free to bring drinks and snacks–it’s a celebration! Don’t ~ Start the day feeling frazzled. Timing is super important to us and you on your wedding day. Plan for the entire wedding party to arrive together. ~ Arrive with wet hair–this will result in additional charges and additional time. This affects the time your stylist has available for your desired style and takes away from the entire bridal party’s scheduled appointment times. ~ Arrive late–this will take away from the bridal party’s scheduled appointment times. ~ Forget your veil and/or any hair accessories. Your stylist can show a member of the bridal party how to remove them later if you’d like. ~ Try any new skin products or treatments 3 weeks or less from your wedding day. ~ Forget to enjoy the day!
