I've used Aire Serv for my seasonal maintenance for the last 3 years on both my Trane AC unit and Burnham boiler. Also a good value and professional. This past summer we replaced our 13yr old AC unti with a new Trane, and Aire Serv provided a great price and product for the upgrade/replacement system. I have referred them to friends and customers alike during this time frame.

Had my HVAC system replaced and was extremely happy with the entire process! Sarah walked me through the different payment options and answered all of my questions. The technicians were knowledgeable, cheerful & efficient. They were in and out in a flash & cleaned everything up - it was like they were never there - kinda like Santa on Christmas Eve - and left a shiny new furnace & AC unit!!!

Typically the diagnostic fee is $89 but it is waived if the customer moves forward with the recommendations made to repair the system or equipment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule an appointment to evaluate the system. Typically an $89 diagnostic fee is charged and should the customer go with the repair that $89 is waived. Typically we offer same day service and repair.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Technicians and Installers go through continued training. All employees are certified and some have additional training and certifications as needed.
