I really can't say enough about the outstanding professionalism and knowledge that John has. He walled through every step explaining how things operate, what you should do and how to maintenance your HVAC system. The report we received was less than the time express and was in complete detail with pictures and arrows pointing to the issues at hand! John made suggestions to remedy all problems found. John is a treasure and will have several recommendations from me. Thank you so much for loving your job and expressing that in all your actions!

John Barczak is very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in his approach to the home inspection. John answered all my queries, and included me throughout the inspection by explaining, in layman's terms, electrical, hvac, structural, and roofing problem areas and general analysis. He followed up the inspection with a forty-four page summary, and detailed informational report regarding the inspection. I recommend John Barczak for your home inspection for quality service and competitive rates.

John did an excellent job on our inspection! Very reasonably priced! The inspection was very thorough. He answered all of my questions and showed me certain things that would be helpful later. He also stated he is available after the move in case we have any questions in the future. He is the best inspector that I have had for any of my homes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thanks so much!

John Barczak did an amazing home inspection for us. His inspection allowed us to request things to be fixed that we would have otherwise overlooked. He inspected the roof, the attic, basement and everything in between. He also did the exterior as well. His price was amazing as well. We give him 2 thumbs up for great work. Very pleased.

John was great! Very thorough and answered any and all questions we had. We enjoyed learning about the house and being taught all important things by a professional. We're so lucky we chose John to complete a Home & Pest Inspection and would certainly recommend John to others in need of his services!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have calculations which help me determine the price of your whole house inspection. Type of heating, plumbing, and utility supply factor in. In addition, I take into account the size of the home, and its age. The condition of the home really doesn't matter, since I am inspecting the home, regardless of its condition. Every home is different in some way.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the client has made contact with me, I like to find out as much information about their home as possible. I explain what I do, and explain all the services that I provide. I communicate and work with my client. The key is to make sure that there are no surprises and everything goes smoothly and professionally. I have a written agreement, as well as a code of ethics and standard of practice, which is provided in writing. All inspections are formally documented and presented to the client in an easy to read format. My services do not stop with the inspection. I can provide a 11 month follow up as well, if so desired. My main objective, is to make sure that my client knows everything about their new house. Open and honest dialog is a must. If needed a home buy back policy is also available.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an extensive resume. I have 30 years of Construction Administration and building experience. I have built and have inspected commercial, as well as residential. I am professionally trained and certified through Internachi. I attended Delaware technical college, and the University of Delaware for a Construction Management degree. I am the owner of EAGLE EYE HOME AND PROPERTY INSPECTIONS, LLC.,as well being the District Superintendent for Deldot. I have not only managed the construction, and inspected infrastructure, facilities, and bridges, I have literally performed hundreds of inspection and construction management projects, during my career.
