Tim came out , gave an estimate, explained the process and the expected outcome for my project. He was extremely professional and kind. Work was completed in a timely manner. When hiccups in the project occurred , due to condition beyond our control, he kept moving until we found a solution that worked for me. He certainly made sure I was happy with work.
