Our pricing is transparent, competitive, and based on the type of notarization and travel required. We provide clear quotes upfront so there are no surprises. Travel fees may apply depending on location, time of service, and urgency. We also offer flexible pricing for larger signings, multiple documents, and repeat clients. Our goal is always fair, professional service that reflects the time, care, and expertise involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out, we respond quickly to confirm the details of your request, including document type, location, and timing. We then provide a quote and schedule an appointment that works best for you. On the day of the signing, we arrive on time, verify identification, complete the notarization carefully, and ensure all documents are properly executed before leaving. We make the entire process smooth, efficient, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are trained, commissioned notaries public in Pennsylvania with additional experience in loan signings and complex document packages. We have completed extensive hands-on training and have performed 3,500+ successful signings, including real estate closings, estate planning documents, powers of attorney, and business agreements. Our experience is what ensures accuracy, compliance, and professionalism in every appointment.
