Introduction: I give holistic psychotherapy services that are both supportive and transformational. Many of my clients come to me with issues of co-dependency, depression and anxiety, bi-polar disorder, PTSD, grief and loss, self-destructive behaviors, addictions, and/or relationship struggles. I closely work with clients who have a strong desire to break habits that are non-supportive and eliminate obstacles from their path. Oftentimes, I work with individuals experiencing or connecting to a spiritual path or looking to find out more about this side of themselves.
