- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a trip fee of $85 which is waived should you agree to have your machine serviced.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After Dynamic Appliance Repair is chosen to service your appliance. Ill contact you ahead of time should I need any further information about your appliance and its issue. We'll agree on a time of arrival, I'll show up and diagnose your appliance. If appliance can be fixed, then it will be on that day. If you should need to have any parts replaced, then ill order the part and come back to install it on your appliance as soon as possible.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I spent 5+ years as a Field Service Technician; Diagnosing and repairing Pennsylvania state lottery machines before i moved on to fixing Industrial Machines in business like Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart, Samsclub, and BJs.
