- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my prices fair, so that I can do a good job for the customer. I keep my prices as low as possible, without sacrificing quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I strive to understand what the needs and concerns of the customer are. I put myself in there shoes treating them as I would want to be treated. Afterwards I work on fixing the equipment issues to the very best of my ability. I let them know exactly whats needed to do the job properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years of experience, and extensive training, apprenticeship and extra training.
