- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Normally it depends on the size of dog. If they are very matted, it will be a bit more. It depends on the time spent with the dog .It is unwise and unsafe to attempt to groom an animal that is just too hyper or fearful. They can run into a scissor, suddenly sit on clippers or even jerk suddenly and hurt themselves while trimming their nails.... Humanity before vanity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to know the client and their fur baby by asking if animals have any health problems I should be aware of....Siezures? Allergies? Are they skittish and jittery? What are they afraid of?What is the best way to calm them? What are their favorite treats and are they allowed any?
