Rodger speaks passionately about his past experiences and also his future. I can honestly say that each time that I've heard him speak he left me with the thought of wanting to do better , he allows you to see that it's possible. Rodger has the ability to make you think far beyond the conversation at hand, he is a wonderful speaker.

I’ve been knowing Roger for approximately 13 years and I’ve watched him evolve into this well spoken and very confident young man he used to be quite shy, he has encouraged me in so many ways and I always look forward to having a conversation with him because I know I will think better and be better just because how he has the ability to lift and encourage me at the same time.Roger is very refreshing and pleasant and I’m glad to know he is always available to me to be a listening ear or just to get a sincere hug!
