- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no complicated system its all about communacation. 1. what type of paint 2. color changes in same room cost a little more 3. caulking and ceilings included
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I still ask questions to my Sherwin Williams rep. there are new thinks coming out all the time.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
started this line of work 20 odd years ago started in residential I worked ten years as a Union steel (bridge painter) then now am very happy to have my own business.
