mr grossman is an outstanding caterer. the food was better than expected and he worked with me to make changes to the venue as to what people liked and did not like, the set up was done with such professionalism you had nothing to do but just watch as he and his son did all the work, delivery was right on schedule, pricing was amazing for the quality of the food, most likely will deal with again. kudos

Make sure that the provider is representing YOU in the best light. You should be the star of the show, not the chef.
