- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It all depends on square footage and cracks and potholes always have to measure and look at job to price it
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I introduce myself let them get to know me and a little bit about my business and then show them some photos of work I've done to show them what there job will look like if they go with us and if they need some references we will get them and then I get the dimensions of the driveway see what needs to be done and give them a written quote of everything I'm going to do so me and the customer have an understanding of what needs to be done before the job even starts and any questions they have for me. Then I leave them with the quote and wait for an answer back. (No sales pressure schemes)

I’m fourth generation my family has owned asphalt Buisness since 1958 Iv worked for my dad and grandfather as a trainee when I was 15 and I was trained the proper way of laying asphalt and sealcoating driveways it’s a family business and I’m fourth generation and I’d like to see four more
