- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For most jobs, we provide upfront flat rate pricing so that you will know what the cost will be before any work begins. If you agree to have the work done, we will sign Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act (HICPA) compliant agreement and schedule the work. The only time we bill on a time and material basis is if you are having electrical issues where the cause is unknown and troubleshooting is required. If, while performing work, we come across any other issues (faulty wiring or any other unsafe conditions), we will make you aware of the issues, provide a price to make repairs and then let you decide if you would like us to address the issues.
