I had a water issue in a bedroom above my garage after a roof leak and needed the carpet lifted, old padding removed, and new padding installed. He responded quickly, showed up on time, and handled everything professionally. He removed the damaged padding, checked the subfloor, installed new padding, re-stretched the carpet properly, and even cleaned the carpet afterward. The room looks and smells significantly better now. The work was efficient and he explained what he was doing throughout the process. I appreciated that he focused on the actual issue instead of trying to upsell unnecessary work. Overall, very satisfied with the quality of work and would definitely recommend him for carpet repair and padding replacement.
