- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Other than the pricing posted here for normal mowing, I do a free, on-site assessment for nearly all of our jobs, then provide a free estimate. We are good about adhering to our estimates, unless there is a revision requested by the customer, or a huge deviation the could not be seen during the original assessment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In the original consultation, the first thing I do is learn what the customer wants to have done. Then, we discuss options to provide the most cost effective solution that meets their needs for durability and appearance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read and watch more educational video than any other contractor I know. I am always looking for the best new techniques, tools, and materials. My business is young, but I am not. My years of experience doing this work for myself, my family, and some friends, plus high praise from other contractors, validate my abilities.
