- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Trip and diagnostic fee $150. A all in quote will be provided for anything found.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new customers will need to provide billing and site address and will need to pay diagnostic fee before/on arrival. Credit cards and cash preferred Checks with state ID verification.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken furnace and heat pump NATE courses, and have had factory training for equipment manufacturers
