I started woodworking projects in 2019 and since then have always pushed myself to try new things and improve my work. I take pride in attention to detail and getting all of the specs just right. If I do something wrong, I won’t be happy with the work until its right. I might not be the cheapest option, but you can find comfort in knowing I will get it done right the first time.

Matt is top professional in his field and the dedication to his work shows in his finished product. I have had Matt do numerous projects in my house with many more on the schedule. He did a superb job in staining the wood ceiling in my living room to beautifully match the existing moldings in the room. He tried many different stain combinations until he got the color perfect. He replaced almost 100 feet of door moldings that were damaged in the house and found a manufacturer to perfectly duplicate the 150 year old original. Then stained to the exact color. He restored an original 1884 door in the house to remove a doggie door that was placed in it. I would not hesitate to give Matt any project in my house that requires wood work, and expect that it will meet my high standards. Also Matt is completely trustworthy. I am never home when he is working in my house and I am very comfortable with him there. I highly recommend Matt and will be keeping him very busy for the rest of this year with big and small projects that I want done as I work on my Victorian.

Matt has done an AWESOME job. He removed and re-installed baseboard and crown molding all throughout my whole first floor. He took the time to make sure the job was done the right way as opposed to the previous contractor who did the baseboard molding and crown molding for my house.
Matt actually help me fix and reinstall my kitchen cabinet because the previous guy apparently did not know what he was doing. I highly recommend Matt for vinyl flooring trim and interior wood work.

I base my estimates off of $40 an hour for most jobs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with physically looking at a job and figured out what needs to be done and how long it will take. From there, I am able to provide a rough estimate of time it will take and how much a job will cost. Once the estimate is approved, I will begin working at the earliest possible date I have available.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received a associate degree for kitchen & bath design. This means not only can I help construct, but I can also help design. I have over three years of experience in general construction.
