Vlad did an excellent job with several repairs around the rental unit, including door work, replacing a handrail post, and insulating the basement. He responded quickly to my initial request, answered all my questions, and communicated clearly throughout the process.
The work was completed on time and the quality is great. I am very happy with the results and would definitely hire him again for future projects.

Vlad is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We hired him to brace a wobbling split rail fence and patch some gaps in dry wall around light fixtures left by previous handyman. We are very satisfied with his work and prices were very fair. He even noticed and repaired a loose bannister without my asking and wouldn’t accept additional payment for it. I would definitely hire him again.

Vlad was great! He responded right away to my request, had the best price and was available exactly when I needed him. Our toilet arrived damaged, which I didn’t realize until he was here to install it. He helped me resolve the issue with Home Depot and when I was able to get a new toilet the same day he came back again and installed it in no time! He was very polite and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him!!

I hired Vlad to install porcelain tile in my small bathroom, and he did an excellent job. He was courteous, on time, clean, and his pricing was reasonable. Just a heads-up—he does charge for drive time, so depending on your location, you may want to ask about that in advance.
I was so impressed with his work that I asked if he had time to take on another task: replacing an old steel handrail on my concrete steps. He jumped right in, drilled out the old bolts, and had the new rail installed in under an hour.
Vlad was professional, efficient, clean, and clearly skilled. I would definitely recommend him and plan to call him again for future projects!
