Max was great - got the job done efficiently. Had to run to the store to get a part midway through the job but he explained the situation well and got everything done, and I've been now using the toilet for a few months. Everything was done well! Great work!

It was a pleasure dealing with Max. I had a different plumber come out to my house for a toilet that was running every 5 minutes. He lifted the toilet lid and asked how old the toilet was. When I told him it was 24, he suggested getting a new toilet without even looking at it. I asked him to look at another toilet that would sometimes run after flushing. Since it was the same age, he said to replace it as well without even looking at it. I was charged $105 for the visit and then sent a quote for almost $1500. I then found Max on Thumbtack. We communicated through Thumbtack and via text. I purchased 2 Toto Drake Transitional toilets. Max advised which ring to purchase and we set up an appointment for the same week. Max’s price were extremely reasonable. He arrived on time, was very pleasant and did a great job replacing the toilets. Max even changed the toilet handles for me that I purchased separate. He cleaned up and removed the old toilets for me. If anyone is looking for someone to change out their toilets, I highly recommend Max.
