Justin did a great job cleaning my dryer vent which hadn’t been cleaned in many years. Came about a 1/2 hour early explained what he was going to do. Process took about an hour now I have no lint coming out of my dryer vent.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am priced extremely fair for the amount of work I will do……I take pride in the work and it's not just an in and out job. I want to make sure the cleaning is done the right way and the inspection is thorough and repairs are perfect so that I am leaving the customer with the peace of mind to know as far as their dryer goes; they have nothing to worry about.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I explain what I do step by step, even while on the job I let you know what I'm doing before I do it just to keep you informed throughout the whole job

I have 15 years experience in this field and have seen just about everything.
