- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are standard squre foot pricings and basic install pricing , but that can be missleading from both points of view because each project has it's own specific particularities , is there pet/urine stains on the carpet , wine stains on the couch , do you want Scotchgaurd protectant ,is the door framing or siding rotted and in need of replacement before the door goes in , do you have termites ? For these reasons and to start a client / contractor relationship it is best to have an on site estimate .

Initialize an in house estimate is the most optimal way to get the best end product results.
