    Someone brought me a cracked laptop screen, which was my first time attempting to replace a screen. I'm always up for learning a new skill in my field, and I was able to get it replaced with no issues.

    Ensure you are getting a quality, no BS, technician. Too many techs are out there to quickly solve your problem for an outrageous amount of money.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    I wish people would be less scared of technology, and more specifically, asking questions about it. In today's world, people are afraid to feel "dumb" for not knowing tech. Truth is, there is no dumb question... everyone is an expert at something, which means we're a novice at something else.
