Introduction: I personally have a very logical and methodical process approach to teaching. My goal is to help the subject matter make sense and the student understand the "Why?" behind what is being imparted. At the end of the day if the student retains the skill I am teaching then I feel like I have succeeded in my job. 'Light-bulb moments' as I affectionately like to think about them, are the most rewarding thing I feel I gain from my job. These moments where students completely understand and it springboards into other subject and cohesion in other topics.
