- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure is clear cut, easy to understand and very competitive to bring value to our partners! We offer a no haggle approach and never introduce any add-ons. What we promote is what you get, plain and simple.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by having a conversation about expectations… Expectations are important! Next, we discuss what we can deliver based on customer expectations. Lastly, we build upon the initial conversation to form a partnership, which goes along way towards forging a continuity that makes the shoot seamless, fun and the results remarkable. It’s all about teamwork!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 8+ years in the business. Our work has been published and reviewed by season photographers, photojournalist and academia! We are proud members of Professional Photographers of America.
