- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Start with what you want to change and a budget range you are comfortable with. We offer cabinet and material options at different price points and can help you decide where an upgrade will make the biggest difference. Your price depends on the room, materials, layout changes, and installation scope. Our listed measuring fee is $75–$100, refunded if you choose us for installation. Ask us to confirm the fee for your project before scheduling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, tell us what you love about your home and what is not working in your kitchen or bathroom. A few photos, your town, and your wish list are a great start. Next, we discuss your goals and budget, arrange measurements, and help you choose materials. For cabinet projects, we prepare 3D elevation drawings for review before ordering. You can see samples in person at our showroom: 530 N Derr Dr, Lewisburg, PA 17837. We then coordinate ordering and installation. Our typical payment schedule is one-third at agreement, one-third at material delivery, and one-third at completion; your agreement will set out your project's terms.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team's background includes home building, interior remodeling, kitchen and bathroom design, material selection, and installation. We help you understand how the choices fit together—from cabinet construction and storage to countertops, tile, and fixtures—so you can make informed decisions about your home.
