Jim Persing

Introduction: There are a number of people coaching these days, but my work is differentiated by several key facts that are important. First, I have a solid background and coaching education. My prior experience as a lawyer has given me critical thinking skills, and my coaching work has been strategic and beneficial. I am one of only a handful of coaches in the US that are certified as a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation. Additionally, my communication skills are solid and I can work in person or via phone, as needed. Finally, I have worked with a broad range of local, national and international clients, and am well-prepared to work with any situation or client. What I like most about my job is the ability to meet and work with a variety of interesting and motivated people and clients. In other disciplines, the client often feels obligated to come to you. In coaching, the client comes to the coach because they are motivated to make a difference in their own lives and are looking to collaborate with someone who can help. Through this process, I know that the people I will be working with are as excited to make changes as I am to help them to do that. It is a great way to spend each day, and I truly value the clients I have.
