Yoga Dear

Introduction: I'm a certified kids' and teens' yoga instructor who is also undergoing my 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher training currently with Om My Yoga Academy located in Camp Hill, PA. I currently teach kids yoga and various levels of adult classes at Studio B Yoga Center in Danville, PA. I seek to bring the joy of yoga to kids and teens, helping them develop healthy habits early on to manage stress and anxiety and to have fun! With adults, I bring the same playfulness as to my kids' class and believe in sharing the physical benefits of yoga along with a focus on the breath and personal development of my students. I sincerely enjoy meeting new students!
