- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
it all depends on the type of work we are doing. Work like tile installation requires more specialized equipment and training than installing trim so each of our jobs are priced accordingly. The addage, "You get what you pay for" is never more true than in the contracting field.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with new clients to understand what their vision is for their project. Once we know that, we can determine if it's a job we are comfortable doing and that we are confident in meeting their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take classes and seminars on codes and techniques for each of the trades I manage, focusing intently on plumbing and electrical codes.
