- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most have found my prices very reasonable and typically lower that other providers. I do not mark up materials - I charge what I pay and offer receipts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can quote your project or give an estimate of doing the work on a time and materials basis. Hourly work varies between $35 and $45 per hour depending on the skill level required. I will be happy to work within your budget. Wherever possible, I prefer to inspect a job before I quote so as to give the most reasonable price possible. Depending on the travel distance and the simplicity of the job I do phone or email quotes based on the project description.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers on simple and complex projects. I always take the time to fully understand the needs and wants of the client and often make suggestion to save money or improve the outcome.
