- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very high quality products across all of our offerings at a very competitive price. We don't have a 5 star rating by mistake, we work hard at producing the highest quality products wether you rent a photo booth from us or hire us for your wedding photography you get the same high level of customer service and quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers let me know they are interested in my services and contact me through Thumbtack or through my business e-mail. I get all the details written down in a contract so all the details are clear before we do any work. My clients appreciate the level of detail that goes into preparing for an event. I am a very easy person to work with as well, I listen to my clients and make customer service our top priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly learning every time I pick up a camera. I appreciate working with others in my field. I am constantly reading and watching videos to keep up with the industry trends.
