- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer books a date and time to meet at their home to be cleaned. When we meet, they give me a tour of their home and what rooms/spaces they would like cleaned, and specific areas they want extra attention to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified House Cleaning Professional and certified in COVID-19 and Infectious Disease Cleaning through the American House Cleaners Association (AHCA). I worked for companies that had federally funded and state-regulated residential programs for intellectually and developmentally disabled clients. Due to them being state-regulated, we had a very specific list of items to be cleaned daily/monthly/yearly and I never failed an inspection with the state whether planned or not.
