- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a discount on an initial deep or move clean when you sign up for a recurring service! The initial clean gets your home in the best possible condition and the recurring standard clean maintains that level of excellence. Recurring cleans are automatically discounted, even when you book your self on BookingKoala!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we find out three things: 1. How many bedrooms need to be cleaned 2. How many bathrooms (full or half) 3. What is the square footage of your property All of the living areas are automatically included. The basement is also included as long as it forms part of the square footage. Second, we then help you decide on the best day and time for your clean (morning or afternoon) Third, we enter your payment information and only charge you the day after the clean! (We do not accept cash or cheque). Lastly, we follow up on the clean to make sure everything has been done to your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our cleaners are insured, bonded, and held to a quality standard you will not see with all cleaning companies.
