Daria is such a sweet person. She cleaned my house and organized it for me. I injured my back a couple days ago and am having extreme pain she lifted my bottled water I have on to the counter for me so that I do not have to bend to get them. My house is not completely done yet as it was very unorganized and cluttered. But she did a great job on what she completed today and is coming back to get it back up to maintenance. The worker from Total Clean, Angel, does a great job. She has done one deep clean and two maintenance cleans. We hope to keep her at every three weeks for the time being. Main problem has been the Thumbtack site .. multiple issues there.

I can't praise them enough! Anna Nd Lee were unbelievable. They did a move-in cleaning for us and they made my house way better than I thought it could get. The previous owners just left. Junk and garbage and filth. I packed up the junk and garbage and had it hauled out and my wife and I were extremely depressed at how dirty these people were. Years of not cleaning or scrubbing floors. Bathrooms and just unbelievably everywhere. I can't wait for my wife to see how they did! She'll be happy we bought our home again! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a discount on an initial deep or move clean when you sign up for a recurring service! The initial clean gets your home in the best possible condition and the recurring standard clean maintains that level of excellence.
Recurring cleans are automatically discounted, even when you book your self on BookingKoala!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we find out three things:
1. How many bedrooms need to be cleaned
2. How many bathrooms (full or half)
3. What is the square footage of your property
All of the living areas are automatically included. The basement is also included as long as it forms part of the square footage.
Second, we then help you decide on the best day and time for your clean (morning or afternoon)
Third, we enter your payment information and only charge you the day after the clean! (We do not accept cash or cheque).
Lastly, we follow up on the clean to make sure everything has been done to your expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our cleaners are insured, bonded, and held to a quality standard you will not see with all cleaning companies.
