My refrigerator stopped cooling and Savenkov was able to come out the same day to assess the problem for a reasonable diagnostic fee.
After assessing my refrigerator, they provided various options for repair vs replacement.
I appreciated their honesty about replacing my current unit with a more dependable unit despite the fact that it would be less money in his pocket.
