- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on time - both coverage and editing. This allows us to fit into smaller budgets and still create something unique. There is a charge for hours of coverage/production as well as a charge for each type of video we do based on the amount of time needed to edit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe businesses succeed by connecting with customers on a personal level, which is why we like to get to know our customers and their businesses before we move forward. Once we decide on the message, we determine the length and concept of the video, which is how we arrive at a cost. We're very flexible, so we can be creative with designing a concept that fits a budget. From then on, our project managers take care of the rest - casting, preproduction, scheduling and subcontracting. We produce and shoot the project as we worked it out with the customer, send it to our editing team and deliver the video on a negotiated deadline. We're also open to making changes or tweaks based on the customer's requests.
