- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a smaller overhead. This is the reason we can offer such competitive pricing. We never compromise our materials. We use above the par materials for a better price then most of our competitors and we refuse to cut corners to cut cost. We know better.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to listen to what the customers needs and wants are and then help them achieve that goal. We will also inform customers if we feel there is a need for a certain type of equipment or special applications. We always like to be upfront and honest about everything. Our motto is to do a great job for a great price without sacrificing quality. And then stand behind it .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are WQA certified and a member of the NGWA licenses water sampler. License plumbers, licensed pump installers and Water Conditioning Installers. Insured and Bonded. We attend multiple training courses that are required to hold certain licenses. We love to learn new things in our business.
