We cannot say enough about this husband and wife team! They are fantastic, took the time to listen to all of the jobs we have for them. They went above and beyond and even fixed some extra things that they found! Value, yes! Punctuality, yes! Great personalities, yes, and the work amazing! They did electrical, plumbing, hung up some items that we needed taken care of you. If you need some help, hire them!!!

We hired O'Connor Services through Thumbtack to repair a French door installation (that we had done ourselves incorrectly!) and put a new water heater into place after removing the old one from a very tight spot in our basement. The work was done ON TIME at a reasonable rate. Chris and Lisa do EXCELLENT WORK and obviously VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS. There was OUTSTANDING COMMUNICATION before and during the job and I can not thank them enough for their assistance. I look forward to working with O'Connor Services on other home projects and absolutely recommend their services to others.

I had small projects at my home to be completed (blinds, curtain rods, grab bars, door lock replacement and installation of new deadbolts on metal exterior doors). Chris was very knowledgeable, did an exceptional job with installation and was very honest with his pricing and time required to complete the jobs. He's now on my speed dial to call for future projects and/or repairs. Highly recommend and a very sweet husband and wife team.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we dont charge like typical contractors we work on a budget that works for the customer . and give them options such as an hourly rate or we can quote by the job and we leave that up to them.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
with a straigh forward job we can quote by pictures or talking to them . otherwise we like to come out and look at the job to give the best possible opinion.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My husband has done this line of work for 15 years and I use to be a nurse and was very detail oriented and between the two of us we branched off into our own handyman company and our two backrounds just meshed to form an overall good strong business
