- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we dont charge like typical contractors we work on a budget that works for the customer . and give them options such as an hourly rate or we can quote by the job and we leave that up to them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
with a straigh forward job we can quote by pictures or talking to them . otherwise we like to come out and look at the job to give the best possible opinion.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My husband has done this line of work for 15 years and I use to be a nurse and was very detail oriented and between the two of us we branched off into our own handyman company and our two backrounds just meshed to form an overall good strong business
