- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Floral designing is a lot of work, we do all the work for you so you can just enjoy your special day! We do offer special discounts for returning clients and referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We initially like to have a phone or zoom consultation to gather details about your vision so we can work on a pricing for you. once you are good with the pricing, we put together a proposal with all details and a contract to lock your event date. The process is very simple, just reach out and we will guide you throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have learnt most of what I do from practice and my passion for flowers. However, I have also undergone training programs from some of the top professionals in the industry.
