- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the scope of work, the condition of the home, material selection, access, and overall project complexity. We aim to provide clear recommendations and straightforward pricing based on the actual needs of the property rather than using one-size-fits-all numbers. For larger projects, pricing may also vary depending on whether standard or premium materials are selected, such as James Hardie, AZEK, slate, or shake.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning more about the property and the customer’s concerns, then review the condition, explain the options clearly, and outline the next step. Our goal is to help the homeowner make an educated decision and know what to expect throughout the project. Once the scope is defined, we provide the next steps, coordinate scheduling, and communicate throughout the project so the customer knows what to expect from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our background comes from years of hands-on experience in roofing, siding, gutters, and related exterior work, including projects involving premium materials such as James Hardie, AZEK, slate, and shake. Our approach is rooted in practical field experience, product familiarity, and continuing to build knowledge around proper installation, repair considerations, and long-term exterior performance.
